ASCO recently introduced a new range of 316L accessory valves for actuator control applications.

The new ASCO 800 Series includes:

• Quick exhaust valves
• Flow control valves
• Check valves
• Pressure relief valves

All ASCO accessory valves are available in 316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.

The key features of the new ASCO accessory valves include:

• Quick exhaust valve
  • The ASCO quick exhaust valve’s high flow design provides faster actuator response time for improved equipment shutdown efficiency.
• Flow control valve
  • The ASCO flow control valve provides metered flow in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction. This is ideal for unidirectional speed control of an actuator. These valves are also available with integrated check valve to reduce inventory.
• Check valve
  • ASCO’s check valve has a sealed poppet technology that provides nearly zero leakage for energy savings.
• Pressure relief valve
  • The ASCO pressure relief valve limits pressure in the system to protect the actuator and increase safety. This is already approved as a safety accessory in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) in Europe.
